2025 Setup

Welcome to my 2025 office setup! This is the space where I plan, shoot, edit, and run my creative business—while also juggling my 9-to-5 job.

My goal was to design a setup that makes it easy to switch between corporate work, content creation, and even gaming. Let’s take a tour of the setup, the gear I use, and what’s next for improving the space.

Desk & Chair Setup

I recently expanded from a single desk to an L-shaped setup using an IKEA Karlby countertop paired with Huano Motorized Legs.

These dual-motor legs handle up to 265 lbs and give me programmable height settings for sitting, standing, and storage. For cable management, I use IKEA storage racks to keep things somewhat tidy.

The new addition is a butcher block desktop from Menards, mounted on some Amazon steel legs. I plan to stain it to match the IKEA top. My chair, however, is overdue for an upgrade—so if you know a good option under, drop your suggestions!

Computer Setup

My main machine is the MacBook Pro M3 Max 16-inch, 1TB SSD, 36GB RAM. It’s a huge leap from my old M1 Air and handles everything I throw at it. I keep it docked most of the time, connected to an HP docking station (though I plan to upgrade soon).

For displays, I’m using a 29” LG ultrawide monitor on a dual monitor arm. I also have an Asus gaming monitor that I rotate in. On top of my monitor sits a Quntas light bar for extra lighting.

Camera, Audio and lighting

To the left of my monitor is my Sony A7 IV paired with a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. It’s hooked up with a power supply.

HDMI, and CamLink 4K for streaming and recording. For audio, I use a Scarlett Solo Gen 3 interface with M-Audio BX5 speakers. My current mic is a Tonor USB mic, which I rotate with the DJI Mic 2.

Lighting has been a big learning curve, but I’ve dialed in a great system: an Amaran 60d key light with a Amaran Mini Dome III and a GVM PL60C as a rim/fill light.

Storage and Decor

Storage is my biggest challenge right now. I use a cube organizer and a bookshelf from Goodwill, plus an IKEA pegboard for gear and decor. I’ve also started hanging my own prints, like my top-performing Acura NSX GT3 photo from the Indy 8 Hour.
